A Message from our Principal

Hello Chesnee students and families! I am looking forward to a new school year and to serve in my new role as Principal of Chesnee Elementary School. Chesnee is a place like no other and I truly believe this the best place to be!

I received my undergraduate degree in Special Education from Lander University. I also have a Masters in Administration and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University as well as a Doctorate Degree from Gardner-Webb University.

I have been married to my husband Josh for 9 years and we have two beautiful daughters - Ginger and Mary Kathryn. This is my 11th year in education. During my time, I have been an elementary special education teacher, an instructional coach, as well as Assistant Principal here at CES.

I believe that every student can learn, and that it is my job to support our CES teachers so that they can ensure students reach their fullest potential.

I look forward to working with and learning from your children each and everyday as well as meeting many more of our Chesnee families this school year. Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any help in any way.
