A Message from our Principal

Hello Chesnee Elementary students and families! I am looking forward to a new school year. I cannot wait to see how each of our students “change the game”! Chesnee is a place like no other and I truly believe this the best place to be!

I received my undergraduate degree in Special Education from Lander University. I also have a The Wilkins Family

Masters in Administration and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University as well as a Doctorate Degree from Gardner-Webb University.

I have been married to my husband Josh for 10 years and we have two beautiful daughters - Ginger (5) and Mary Kathryn (1). This is my 12th year in education; all of which have been in Spartanburg School District Two. During my time, I have been an elementary special education teacher, an instructional coach, as well as Assistant Principal here at CES.

I believe that every student can learn, and that it is my job to support our students and teachers so that everyone is able to reach their fullest potential.
